For those few who may be wondering, the Surface ergo keyboard is also non-backlit - but the spec sheet never said anything different, so there was less chance of uncertainty.
Pros: The Surface Pro 3 keyboard is very light, exceptionally thin and has a great magnetic attachment mechanism that keeps it gripped to your SP3 quite well.
